Partnership Priorities

Partnership Priorities

What does this mean?

Within each county, statistics are gathered over a period of time. This allows each local authority to develop a set of priorities that they will focus in on over the set time period. Within the decided time period the local authorities will put support plans into place that can be freely accessed, and to create an awareness for everyone within the county's so you can identify what is the level of need within your area.

Some of the support options include local charities and useful links.
